Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to request a return, please contact us at andreas@andreaspalmen.com. Note that returns must be sent to the following address: Andreas Palmén, Hyggesvägen 13D, 90346 Umeå, Sweden.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior return authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can assess and resolve the issue.


Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalised items). If you have questions or issues with a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.


14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the EU
If goods are delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, regardless of the above, without needing to provide a reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it—unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
