Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal & 14-Day Return Policy

Under the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a specific reason. This applies provided that the product and its packaging are in their original condition—unused, undamaged, and not destroyed. You may inspect the item carefully without damaging the packaging, but you must not use it.
You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs when exercising your right of withdrawal or open purchase within 14 days. Palmén offers a 14-day return policy.

Before returning your item, please contact us at andreas@andreaspalmen.com. In your message, specify what you wish to return and include your name, address, email, order number, and the items to be returned. We will then send you a return shipping label or QR code. The return fee is 99 SEK per package. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with the return label attached to the outer packaging (not the product box). Follow the instructions provided with your delivery. If you have any questions about the process, feel free to contact us.
Note: You are responsible for the risk during return shipping, including damage or loss of the package. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item, confirming it is in its original condition. The return fee will not be refunded. We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in the item’s value if it shows signs of use or damage.

Payment

Palmén uses Shopify Payments, allowing you to pay by card, credit card, Klarna, or Mondido Payments (Swish). Shopify Payments provides a secure and tailored payment experience. With Klarna, you identify yourself using the information provided during checkout. Klarna will display available payment options, such as invoice, card payment, or direct bank transfer, based on your details. Credit checks by Klarna do not affect your credit score and are not visible to third parties, such as banks.
Shopify Payments accepts VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Swish (via Mondido Payments).

Complaints and Claims

Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to file a claim for up to three (3) years after receiving your item, provided the defect is not due to misuse or damage caused by the customer.

To file a claim: Always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
Take a photo of the item and email it to andreas@andreaspalmen.com.
Include your name, address, email, order number, and a detailed description of the defect.
Keep the original packaging in case of a claim for transport damage.

We will inspect the returned item. If the claim is valid, you will receive a replacement or a refund. We reserve the right to reject a claim if the item is not defective under applicable consumer protection laws.
In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). For more information, visit www.arn.se.

Disputes and Governing Law

Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the recommendations and decisions of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of our terms and conditions will be governed by Swedish law.

Liability Limitations

We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors on www.andreaspalmen.com and cannot guarantee that product images perfectly represent the actual appearance, though we strive to display them as accurately as possible.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
